• Trader News Alerts has been written to work on computers running either of the Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating systems. If you have an earlier or different operating system Trader News Alerts will not run on your computer.
• The data used by Trader News Alerts is obtained from a public data feed provided by the Forex Factory website. We have no affiliation or association with Forex Factory and accept no responsibility for the accuracy of data or it's continued availability.
• You must accept that use of Trader News Alerts is at your own risk – while we have worked hard in developing and testing the software we can accept no responsibility for any damage or losses incurred due to using it.
• This tool is to be used only to alert about upcoming news items – it is not intended to provide any indication as to whether you should enter or exit a trade and we accept no responsibility for losses experienced when using this tool.

• By purchasing Trader News Alerts you are licensed to download and install the software on any computers within the same household and which you or your family use to trade.
• By purchasing Trader News Alerts you agree not to distribute the software to any other parties.
• By purchasing Trader News Alerts you agree not to change or adapt the software in any way and are limited to using the software in it's original state as supplied to you.
• Any problems should be reported to us using the contact form – we will attempt to fix any problems experienced and help with any difficulties you may experience using the software.
• In the unlikely event that the data feed form Forex Factory is discontinued we will endeavour to find an alternative source of data. If a suitable alternative source cannot be found we will refund any purchases made within one calendar month prior to the loss of the Forex Factory data feed.

We record your name and email address for the purposes of providing a login facility to enable you to download Trader News Alerts. We may use your email address to inform you of important information pertaining to Trader News Alerts or to provide you with information about future related products from Dtex Consulting.

We currently use Paypal to process payments for all purchases of Trader News Alerts. All personal financial information is processed by Paypal who notify us of a successful purchase. We do not handle or see any of this information. We process payments in this way to ensure the highest possible level of privacy and security for you.
